OMG.... the crazy thing is I really did look into moving out there... my issue was the snow and cold... now the fire issues are at the top of the list!!

Colorado Springs is beautiful. Hope it's not too ruined by the fires. Manitoo Springs is even nicer.

I lived in Littleton, which is the outskirts of Denver and let me tell you, it's a different way of life all together. Slower pace, great place for doggies though !!!! I didn't care for it. The winters are not that bad because they don't get the ice we do. Snow yes. I'll never forget the first week I moved there it snowed 3-4 feet and we were out shoveling after in shorts... it's very different. Golden is nice, reminds me of old town Alexandria, Castle Rock is beautiful, Cherry Hill is expensive/nice. Look up zip code 80123 for information about the area.
