President Obama’s health care law survived today as the court ruled that the individual mandate is tax, but the lawsuits against Obamacare’s contraception mandate are still pending.

“The Becket Fund’s religious liberty lawsuits against the unconstitutional HHS mandate will continue,” Hannah Smith, senior counsel at the Becket Fund, said in a statement after the ruling this morning. “Never in history has there been a mandate forcing individuals to violate their deeply held religious beliefs or pay a severe fine, a fine which could force many homeless shelters, charities, and religious institutions to shut their doors.”

What I dont get is that the liberals always cry about the government staying out of their womb, or out of their bedroom etc...

then they turn around and steal money from the hardworking real Americans to pay the government to take over their whole body and lifestyle.

Can these idiots make up their minds?

I think that was the deal all along, abortions and contraception should not be paid for out of taxpayer funds.

Usually it's the other way around; you can get into my vagina if I can get into your wallet.

At that point the health care might not be a bad idea, except some uneducated minority of an undefined nationality, in a wheel chair is going to have all of your information to spread around Wal-Mart while she shops.
