There was a deceased dog on the right shoulder of the road off of Rt. 231 on the Charles County side this morning, shortly after crossing the Benedict Bridge [into Charles.] He looked about medium size, black and brown, and was seen there around 10am. Just wanted to put the word out in case anyone was looking for their dog... :bawl:
