At my place on the water with a breeze coming off the bay, it's 102 degrees in the shade. I've heard it's in the 90's elsewhere. Thank God for air conditioning!

It's hot, sure, but what burns my butt is that the temps hardly drop after sunset. Going to be a toasty evening.

I was moving the wife's car earlier today and she had a unopened bottle of water in her center console that had been in the direct sun most of the afternoon. I picked it up and couldn't believe how hot it was, so I got out the cooking thermometer and measured the water temp and it hit 127°. And people wonder why kids and pets die inside cars in summer...
Her car's temperature showed 107°.

79 here right now, had a thunder storm come through earlier, cooled things down a bit. Nice enough to sit out on the deck and watch the fireworks all around. They've been non stop since the 4th here.

A tad warm. But not too hot to take the road bike out. That's right, a bicycle.
Got the balcony door open to our hotel room listening to and watching niagara falls where it is a very comfortable 22 ...... That is celsius btw since we are in Canada.

You need to change your forum name to IcedCoffee for the summer.
