The guy who gives quotes just stopped by to check in and I told him sorry but we had gone with Waste Management (competitive price) and signed a new contract. He got huffy and said I should've gotten a quote from him (I did months ago)
He asked how much WM was charging us and I wouldn't tell him. Then he said something along the lines of that being a bad business decision and ended it with Whatever! and shut the door before I could say another word. Very rude. So much so that my boss came out to see what was going on.
When our contract is up again, I certainly won't entertain the idea of using Bay Area. You win some, you lose some. We're a business so we understand, however when we don't get a job, we don't throw a hissy fit at the lost customer. :shrug:
