Try here: BBQ Bonanza - Southern Maryland - This is Living Magazine (http://somdthisisliving.somd.com/ezine/articles/bbq_bonanza)
Scroll down through counties and pick one. Looks like The Grill Sergeant BBQ in Solomons specializes in whole pigs and caters as well.

Try Bill. He's running his out of the old corner tavern between Hughesville and Benedict (rte. 231 and 381 intersection). Nice guy and good bbq. This might be his current #(240) 299-0987 , but I'd double check and make sure it's the same guy.

Are you talking about the place that is offering BBQ at Jimmys Corner? I live right in Carriage Crossing and really wanted to try it, but am afraid to enter that place...

Is that what the old tavern is named ? Yea, it does look kinda creepy. Bill has been doing the bbq gig as a hobby/part time for a long time and this is now his retirement addition. He's renting space from the bar/liquor store. Nice guy, last time I stopped there was an older woman working with him who was very pleasant. I think he does a good bbq, but maybe I'm biased and/or don't have good taste buds
