Anyone hear info about possible brush fire in the area of St. Andrews church rd and fairgrounds rd?

Was 4 - 5 acres, had fire companies from St. Mary's, Calvert and Chuck counties. Thanks to all the firemen, appreciate all you do:buddies:

From what I understand it was someone doing donuts in their vehicle. What an idiot. He'll have a nice hefty bill to pay for this I'm sure.

Is he being charged with Trespassing as well?

Not sure of the specifics. DNR may have contacted the police afterwards, but I didn't see any while I was there.
hopefully they give him time to pay it off.
cant be cheap to cover the cost of all the equipment and time.
but at least he stayed around to make sure what he did was brought under control.

His catalytic converter got hot and lit off the tall grass that he was doing donuts in.

It's a shame that he was able to get his car out of there before it caught fire. That would have been instant justice, cause the fire and lose your car in the fire.
