Posted a house for rent, got an average of one response every two days. The realtor we are using found the tenant, but I'm sure if they hadnt, somd classifieds would have.

I've never sold or posted anything for sale.

I have an 80-gal water heater sitting in the basement that I'd like to get rid of, as well as a BMW motorcycle in the garage that isn't doing me any good. Oh, and a bunch of baby/toddler/boy's stuff, too.

I'd offer you at least scrap price for that. Maybe a little less. (Seeing how there is a lot more iron (real metal) in Real Motorcycles..like Harley's). Pretty awkward thing to load and haul away too, you know...

but think about all the low rent people from the 'city' or closer to the beltway you would have gotten the change to meet, if you had listed in Craigs List of WaPo Classifieds
