he was almost hit AGAIN a few months ago by ... ME!

he walked right out in front of my car... :jet: he even looked left... looked right at my car and walked on out!!! :jameo:

That was him!! I looked in my rear-view and he was dancing in front of some car turning from 5 to Great Mills... I have also seen a view others that cross Great Mills lately doing same thing. Hoping to get hit I think. State and Local should pick this one up and lock him up...And also nail those that decide they have the right-a-way no matter where its at....

:cds: I hate these people. If you're going to illegally cross a busy street, f'ing RUN across! I've never seen people walk slower than those who decide to cross Great Mills Road. I even saw a group of kids, no older than 10, doing the same thing, looking at you the whole time and just daring you to hit them.
