Morris Appears on This Week's "Commissioner Time"

Second District Commissioner Dan Morris is this week's guest on Commissioner Time which can be seen on St. Mary's County Government TV 95 (SMCG TV 95).

Commissioner Morris talks about proposed improvements to Highway 5 through Leonardtown (part of his district). Representatives from the State Highway Authority presented a set of proposals to improve safety through the town. Morris weighs in what he believes is the best solution to the matter.

He also talks about Southern Maryland Crimesolvers, a group which is being restarted in St. Mary's, Calvert and Charles counties. Morris states that the goal is to encourage citizens to become more active in their communities by helping law enforcement to solve crimes.
