Why? Don't we have Federal & State agencies that handle these documents for all of us? ANd isn't it their job to make sure they're done correctly?....And if they should happen to think THEY screwed up somewhere along the line, can't they just issue an audit and look back thru 10 years of EVERYBODY'S tax returns?

That won't show anything about how he conducted business. What one does with his/her own money is entirely different subject than what he/she did with financial aspects of a business.

His returns were accepted, he's paid his taxes, and he isn't under audit for anything illegal.
