It's a serious question...
Obama has done a lot to stop energy production and drive up costs, he bastardized the bankruptcy process at GM to pay off the unions, he increased the national debt to pay off large investment banks and fund union jobs at the state level while increasing the general unemployment, he claims that increased numbers on food stamps is an improvement so what exactly do you like about him? Even his :yahoo: over killing OBL was an incredibly stupid thing to do from an intelligence gathering stand point so what do you like?

56. Improved conditions at Walter Reed Military Hospital and other military hospitals.
Really?? Walter Reed was in "maintenance mode" for 3+ years before Obama came into office, and the groundbreaking of the new facility in Bethesda took place on July 3, 2008 with President Bush officiating.
2005 BRAC recommendation and 2011 closure
As part of a Base Realignment and Closure announcement on May 13, 2005, the Department of Defense proposed replacing Walter Reed Army Medical Center with a new Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC); the new center would be on the grounds of the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
On August 25, 2005, the BRAC Committee recommended passage of the plans for the WRNMMC. The transfer of services from the existing to the new facilities was gradual to allow for continuity of care for the thousands of service members, retirees and family members that depended upon WRAMC. The end of operations at the WRAMC facility occurred on August 27, 2011. The Army says the cost of closing that hospital and consolidating it with Bethesda Naval Medical Center in suburban Maryland more than doubled to $2.6 billion since the plan was announced in 2005 by the BRAC.

Most people ?
Most people in my circles think he's a rock star and think he has done a fantastic job. Most people I have had conversations with believe the GOP has deliberatley sabotaged our economy to make him look bad.

Must be practically zero overlap in our respective "circles" then; most everyone I know cannot even speak the SCOAMF's real name without spitting.
But the polls do show there is still a small minority that thinks Zero ahs handle the economy OK. :howdy:

Sorry you don't hang with the big boys & girls (commonly known as "adults").
The folks I with which I have conversations have varied opinions on everything, enjoyable as it keeps one's mind agile and open. When you hang around in circles there is a tendency to kneel in a circle with with others that agree with one's pompous, self-congratulatory discussion where little to no progress is made.

I would be very interested in hearing what specific policies the GOP has implemented to 'deliberatley sabotage our economy'. And not just what those policies are, but how they actually sabotaged our economy.
