We hosted a girl from Germany twice. It was done through the High School German classes. I believe the name of the company was The Friendship Connection. We were given her information ahead of time and she and my daughter skyped each other, that way by the time she got over here, they were familiar with her. It also gave us an opportunity to skype with her parents. The girls are still friends on facebook and email. Everything process wise was done through the school, they sent forms home from us to fill out and the girls were matched by hobbies, interests, etc. It was a nice experience.
