Anyone happen to know whats up with them having the intersection at GMR and Willows/S.Shangri-La all roped off?

That police outpost is in the same parking lot as the liquor store (across the street from The Lexington)

Like the one in St Marys Sq, I think these satellite stations are a way to dump some grant money, and "show the flag". Maybe some of that "Hotspots" money is earmarked for substations in the hotspots?

I have heard a rumor about the old elementary school on First drive being a substation with cells and everything.
