lol... At a lot of spam at friends houses over the years in the islands... Never did get a taste for it... Funny enough, I like scrapple and haggis!

Cubed the spam about 1/2" and browned it, scrambled an egg in that, added a bag of boil in bag rice and a can of stir fry vegetables and a can of pineapple chunks season with soy sauce. I know it's just opening a bunch of cans, but sometimes I'm a lazy cook.

I admit I like it, I just never thought of it as an ingredient before. I keep a half dozen cans in the cupboard and every couple of weeks me and the dog have spam sandwiches.
