Maryland police can keep collecting DNA samples from people arrested for violent crimes under an opinion issued Monday by U.S. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., who said that a state high court ruling to the contrary has a "fair prospect" of being overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Good for Roberts.

This is bull####, everyone should have DNA captured at birth. Think of all the future crime we could solve!
