The HAC is always disabled during the summer. It is normally active the week before school starts. Look for to be active around the 16th or 17th. I don't know what grades your kids are in but I got my kids schedules back in June. By that, I mean their registered classes. The only thing I don't have is which class is which period and that is still being worked on, which is why the HAC is not active yet.

I was just surprised when in July it said it would be up in August, then August 1 it was up and said the username/password must be incorrect. I expected it to say the HAC would be available Aug 15. I was worried out usernames or passwords had been changed. Guess we'll have to wait.

Oldest high school kiddo has a half schedule and I was hoping to find out whether it was morning or afternoon so we could pick his college classes. Should be morning but...stranger things have happened.

Call his designated counselor. They already have access to "final drafts". I called my daughter's on Monday and her counselor was able to pull up her proposed schedule and we made some minor adjustments to better fit her early release.

On August 1st, you typed the incoorect login info. That's why it said, "You have entered an invalid username or password, or your account is currently locked out. Please contact your district for further assistance." When you typed in the correct login info, the message changed to, "Your district does not have Home Access Center enabled at this time."

Yes, they did say it would be back up in August; however, they never said it would be back up August 1st.

I tested it. I attempted a login using random characters and got this, "You have entered an invalid username or password, or your account is currently locked out. Please contact your district for further assistance."

Then I attempted a login using my regular login info and got this, "Your district does not have Home Access Center enabled at this time". Based on these results and what you described, even though you may think you entered in the correct info, in reality, at least one character was incorrect.

Not all counselors are in right now. They will all be back in the office by August 13th.

Our counselor said she wasn't in on Friday's... might be same for all. I'm sure you will get a call back on Monday.

When I left voicemail with ours I left the student name, student ID #, and the reason I needed to discuss schedule. When she called me back she had the records pulled and we knocked it out in no time flat. Good luck.

Not much help but when the neighbor was a Senior last year she was half schedule and her classes were right in the middle of the day. 10:30 - 1:30, I thought that was very odd but I guess it goes by what classes you need.

I was told that HAC won't be up until August 20th because too many people are finding out schedules ahead of when they are "formally" being released (someone blabbed our secret!!!).

And elementary homerooms will not be released until August 21st.

Why would finding out your schedule early be a bad thing?

Encase they needed to make last minute changes, some people are not understanding of that if the schedule were to change.

Actaully, the HAC itself says that if you try to log in.
