Has anyone else been experiencing frequent drops of service over the last few days? By 'frequent' I mean as many as two dozen outages per day? Their service has been steadily degraded over the last few years. I'm waiting for a call back from customer service but I'm 73rd in the que.

Yes. The list of excuses they give are hilarious. We were 231 in que last night.

Thanks for your response. This has been happening so often that I cannot be on the 'net for any length of time. When I've had their techs out to the house they say it's an outside of the house problem, but instead of replacing components they make some tweaks to get the parameters barely within acceptable limits... Unacceptable in my humble opinion.

I have been hearing from co-workers same thing with Comcast, I just experienced this first time tonight.

My Metrocast has only 1 time in the last 6 months and that was last week for about 7 hrs...:coffee:

I'm in Lord Calvert MHP in Great Mills and mine works just fine. Other than the outage last Saturday night, it's been more than a year since I've had any problems with Metrocast. They're a lot more reliable than the Verizon DSL we have at work.
