Going with harleyrider.
Thank you all for your sending me names. I contacted everyone and with my timeline of wanting it done early next week harleyrider said he and his crew could do it. Of course I will write up a proper review once completed. I'm expecting to write a positive review. It is a lot of ceiling to paint with some small repairs as well.

Yeah, home renovations is what his company does. He's cleaning up my porrch and staining it, paching a couple dozen drywall spots, laying some vinyl flooring in the basement, and painting.
He doesn't post much but if you search on his posts he shows some of his other work.
