I have no clue how to do it. I have 3 of them that I need done for something my brother wants..they need to be under 100 KB. Can someone help me?

Do you have access to something like Photoshop Elements or Paint Shop Pro? I think MS Photo Editor that comes with MS Office can resize pictures.
