Anyone know what this is and what I should use to open it? It's supposed to be a graphic of some form.

At Webopedia, it says:

.ctf = Character code translation file (Symphony)

I have no idea what Symphony is, but it looks like it might be some Lotus program.

Actually, it looks like it is:

CTF = TIFF Compressed File

Haven't found anything that says how you uncompress it.
