I am looking for someone in the So.MD. area who specializes in or is able to do undercoating on a vehicle.The problem is there is rust already present and I have heard there are products available to neutralize the rust.I really need someone to do that first.I have called around without any success.

I wanted to add that it is the bottom of the car that I am referring to.
