Try Dyson's.

what is this place you speak of?
I am also getting a backhoe this weekend. United rentals seemed the logical choice despite being the most expensive rental place I have ever dealt with. Any other suggestions?

Pete - it was suggested you try "just ask". A coworker that is always working on his place and a historic landmark has rented a backhoe from them before and said it is marginally cheaper than United.

He tried.....I've rented from them before, I think it's worth the drive across the bridge. Also check Dean lumber in Hollywood for the pipe
