I tried to log on to our shared (free) Hotmail account yesterday for the first time in a while. Instead of taking me right in after I put in the password, it went to a "this address has been reserved for you" page and I had to click through a couple more pages where they ask what you're interests are until it took me to our account. Our contacts and folders are all still there, but ALL our messages are gone!!!! :yikes: There was a welcome message from MSN with a few different links to contact them via email, but none of them pertained to my situation - they were for privacy info and stuff like that.

I guess it happened because we hadn't logged on in a while, but does anyone know if I can get the messages back or have a customer support email address?

TIA. :flowers:

It's a bunch of wedding stuff and I'm fighting with The Pros and now I don't have the evidence. :stupid:

Wish I'd thought of that .txt file thing. :stupid:

If you haven't accessed your account for 30 or 60 days, they clean out your mail box..they don't release your ID for 6 months to a year..All freebie email accounts do that, I believe. If its a free account, doubtful they will do anything but say thats too bad.

Why do you have to make something like that sound funny so I let out an inappropriate giggle? :huggy:

I guess because you're a lot like me. :smoochy:

No carnival tonight, we'll be home. My niece has walking pnemonia (sp?) and I have her until my Mom get's back from Cali tomorrow. :ohwell:

Thanks. She will be fine. I'm kinda tired and it is hot as blazes out there so tomorrow night should be better anyway.

Apparently it is going around. One of the kids at her day care had it last week and it is contagious. That is why she is with me, she can't be around my frail stepfather, who is at my sisters until tomorrow.
