Hi all,

I'd like to put a lampost near the top of my driveway and am looking for a landscape service that will install the light for me. (I'm not willing to mess with electricity, running lines, etc.) Does anyone know a lanscape place that will install high voltage lights?

Thanks! :howdy:

Why not hire an electrician?

Good thought...I wasn't sure if electricians handled outside wiring as well. (I've always called them for things inside my home.) Also, the post would need to be secured to the ground -- I'm guessing through cement. I assumed doing something like that wouldn't be in a standard electrician's range of duties.

Sure they will. Then call a landscaper to reseed and put down straw where the trench is located. If the have a vibrating trencher, you can't tell where the the line was run. Make sure they call Miss Utitlity. It's a free service and "IT'S THE LAW". :yay: :yay:

Thank you all -- I found an electrician who has an associate with trenching equipment. They'll be able to do the job. Thanks for your help!
