When you install iTunes, it should ask you if you'd like to import existing songs on your computer. :yay:

No problem, they have it on file. :faint: iPod doesn't work? Hmmm, lemme see. Guy spends no more than 4 minutes trying to figure it out; no luck, ma'am; we'll replace it. :jet: Ooops, we don't stock this one anymore. :tap: Here, have this one instead. It's the newer model, has a brighter screen and is better constructed ... no, ma'am, no additional charge.

Yea, it's a 30-gigger that also does video, pictures, etc. Truth be told, I bought it a couple weeks ago, logged on to iTunes, bought two songs, tried to upload the music to it and got annoyed so I put it aside. Yesterday was the first time I touched it since, so I have no idea what the problem was. But it's been taken care of. :yay:

I just bought day an iPod for his birthday. I was surprised that the newer models cost just the same as the older ones. :yay: I really like the pink one. :lol:
