is making me :tantrum:
as I was rolling down the road this am it wouldn't let me scroll. So I get to work and
play with the hold button - nope
hit menu and select til the apple pops up - nope
updated my itunes - updated my ipod - nope
It's fully charged and the little pecker is ticking me off. What else can I do? It's like the wheel is locked, when it's not.

Try flipping hold switch to off and holding down the "Menu" and "Select" buttons for about 10-12 seconds.

It's an iPod...of course not!
Of course, since the resets didn't work, it sounds like a hardware problem.

When those things first came out and I saw you couldn't change the battery, I was pretty sure I'd never own one

I just don't like them. I was trying to use my friend's and just couldn't figure it out. My mind doesn't understand Apple user interfaces.
I ordered a 30GB Creative Zen Vision W a couple weeks ago from Best Buy...still on backorder. :burning:
