I have a Pro star lap top and i will be working on it and it will completely shut off on me. Any suggestions? If not where can i get it fixed? is it getting too hot? the fan is running alot...

Go to www.trendmicro.com and do a free virus scan. Could be a virus. I had one that would intermittenly turn my computer off once. Hope it helps! :howdy:

Okay for a quick obvious look. Check the voltages on the Battery and power supply.

what kind of laptop is it? read some reviews for that laptop and see what the known issues with it are...most likely it IS heat induced....you may need to raise it up off the table a bit or buy one of those laptop cooling units.
