I purchased a dvd recorder from Best Buy. Now it won't load a blank disc. Everything else works ok. Even bought a cleaner for it and that didn't fix it. So my question is has anyone taken equipment back to them for repair? If so how was your experience with them...What kind of process do they have for repair. Thanks.....

If it's 30 days or less, they will exchange it. If not, more than likely you will have to leave it for repair. Few weeks probably.
You have your reciept? Did you buy the PSP?

They will have to send it away. Being an employee of two years ago they will have to send it off to there "depot" to get repaired

Thanks for the advice. Yes I do have the PSP. It's only 10 months old. We'll I guess I have to face the fact that I have to go there. Bad timing!!! Oh do you have to have it in the original box? :howdy:
