You have those because you are "premo". The private forums you belong to will show up in the category below those two. If you don't see the name of the forum you are looking for, you weren't let in yet.

The only private forum you belong to right now is "Back in the Saddle". Look at the front page for the forums. Look for that Forum title. That is the section you will see the private forums that you have been let into .

yes we have a members listing once your in the forum its locked in the first thread and is updated every time a new member is added.
