And where does the R.N. part come from ?

RN are his initials but I don't want to give his name here for security reasons that we all know.
I am am licensed Amateur Radio operator, as he is, and I have access to a large data base of radio operators with their pertinent info on it. His radio station call sign is KE3QZ, as he indicated. Apparently he is searching for other possible radio operators on here. :shrug:
