I just setup some shortcuts for those of us who still type our URLs directly into the browser:

c.somd.com --> classifieds.somd.com

f.somd.com --> forums.somd.com

n.somd.com --> somd.com/news/headlines/

p.somd.com --> photos.somd.com

Might require some time to propogate through the DNS. n.somd.com works for me here.

Are there any rules as to what you can post in the photo gallery (aside from the obvious)? Like for example, could I post some of my artwork as opposed to just photographs?

Okay, so I've got some stuff uploaded, but it keeps telling me that there is an image successfully uploaded and then there's nothing there...

...or if they are cached, they appear as you type the first few letter. :lol:

Okay, so I've got some stuff uploaded, but it keeps telling me that there is an image successfully uploaded and then there's nothing there...Well, that's not good. Nothing like a mystery error. I have heard this complaint before, but others are able to upload. I apologize, but I don't have time to fully investigate now.

I have to suspect it is because the file is too big. Try downsizing it to around 150 KBytes and make sure it is a JPEG file and see if that works.

Have you closed your web browser and restart it, then try to view the page? Or do a shift-refresh and see if they appear. Sometimes the browsers cache can bite you.
