I believe can take your picture to any CVS, Walmart, Target, etc. and they have a photoshop machine that will let you duplicate a picture and shrink it or enlarge it to what you need. You'll have to pay for a whole sheet of photo paper, but it would get you what you want. I recommend making several copies of the sizes you think might work, varying the sizes that way you can cut 'em up to your hearts desire until you have exactly what you want.

You can shrink a picture in the paint program on your computer!!!! You just have to resize the image...do it until it looks small enough. Might take a few tries, but it's easy.
