Had some of Lenny's stuffed ham today. It's very good, and very spicy. Which is just the way I like it. Two thumbs up!

That would be Field Cress. That is some nasty bitter stuff (IMHO). Not everybody uses it. You will find that different parts of the county make it different. You should try eating it from another area. I myself only use equal amounts of Kale and Cabbage and about half that amount of onions. The only spices I use are black pepper, salt and plenty of red pepper. It is all a matter of personal taste. Go to different points of the county and try it. You might find a recipe you like. Don't knock it until you have really tried the variations that are available.

Mom used to make it and I couldn't eat it, she also made liver which is disgusting but at least I could swallow that.

i also hate stuffed ham you couldn't pay me enough to try it even. The smell makes me gag and my mom and stepdad make one here every year and I like can you make it somewhere else please and there answer is a big fat NO.
