I have been doing Jillians 30 day shred (from the biggest loser) It is harder then it looks. Hubby thinks it would be easy... but he won't even try to do it. I remember jumping jacks being much easier :lmao:

There is no miracle pill that one takes and it makes them instantaniously thin... and it's not like I was tiny all my life and magically made myself fat... I haven't been a single digit size since 5th grade. I'm trying to correct years of bad habits...
