This is a meal plan program that I use and it only costs $5.00 per month. It provides you with a 7 day dinner menu and a grocery list! There are many different options to chose from including low fat, vegetarian, Weight Watchers points system, or regular and you can chose one that serves 2 people or 4 - 6.

I personally have been using the Weight Watchers Points System menu for about 4 months now and haven't found a meal my family didn't like!
