Can you ask whoever does your coding to add the ability to ignore and entire board, such as the politics board? I'd much rather not see that board when I get new posts.
TIA

I can ban you from the politics forum if you want. But they talk politics in News, too, and sometimes Chit Chat.

Dear Powerful, All-Knowing Board Mommy,

Please ban me from food. I have no willpower.

try the National Body Challenge thing on DiscoveryHealth.com. It helps you keep track of your food intake and exercise, and helps with suggestions. There's also this book that I just ordered on Amazon:

Amazon.com: Eat This Not That! Supermarket Survival Guide: The No-Diet Weight Loss Solution: David Zinczenko, Matt Goulding: Books (http://www.amazon.com/This-That-Supermarket-Survival-Guide/dp/1605298387/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1233595864&sr=8-1)

No, occaisonally I like to go in there. I would like to be able to turn that forum on/off depending on my mood.
