Anyhow, this morning I didn't hear from him and left him a message, just being a smartazz now and said, "I guess I pizzed in your wheaties this morning and thats why your not answering your phone, hope you have a great morning!" He called me back a while ago and said, "You know I haven't felt good, you no how nice of a person I am and when I can't answer the phone you know I am busy. Why would you leave a message like that?" I told him I was just kidding, playing around and he said know you weren't. You should have said, "Honey I hadn't talked to you this morning, was worried about you cause I haven't heard from you, hope your feeling better, have a good day." Now I feel bad cause he has a point and Iwant to make it up to him. Suggestions??

A sincere apology and admitting he is right should help. The key word, sincere. Let him know you really are sorry and how much you appreciate him. Admit you were being an ass and see if there is anything you can do to make him feel better.
