We have been there several time. Making excuses in the evenings to go get a great hamburger...instead of cooking. Their wings are great!

Are the restaurants and bars that you are promoting paying you for advertising?

Wife and I have been there also. Their wings were the best we've had in a long time. It's worth a visit. We were there for football. Plenty of screens, not a bad seat in the house. I wonder if they broadcast NASCAR?

And if you know the people at the table next to you, you can switch out your empty ketchup bottle for theirs...

They used to be an advertiser. So Tina, if you work there, tell your boss he needs to reup his advertising. :yay:

Been there a couple times, good beer selection. One of the best for this area. Food was OK nothing spectacular at all. It is nice and comfortable inside too.

Can't wait for them to open the other section. Hopefully that will give them some additional tables. Nice place to go but it gets really crowded on the weekend nights.

I have been going a couple times a month for about 6 months now and have always had great service, enjoyed the beers and the food (IMO) has been better than average for a pub.
Went last week and had awful service. It took 2.5 hours for us to have a meal and two beers. Granted, they were pretty busy and only had 2 wait staff serving...and I don't have a problem with that because I know that sometimes you end up short staffed. However, what pissed me off is that they did not seem to care. We had to flag down our waitress twice and even then waited and waited before she came over. All this time, one of the owners (won't drop the name) stood behind the bar gabbing with the customers sitting there. He served a beer or two, but for the most part chatted with the same few guys the whole time. I would think that he would recognize that things were backing up and at least get out and around to his customers and at least explain the delay...which would give the impression that he cared.
On the way out I stopped at the bar and talked to the one owner and told him that the service sucked. I would have thought he would have been concerned and asked what went wrong or why we were displeased, but all he did was say "sorry man".

I love their old bay chicken wings but I agree, they had very poor service when I went. They completely forgot about us. We waited for an hour before they would even take our order. Thank goodness we were able to get beer for ourselves at the bar. :alkies:

I'm not retracting my previous statement, but will update it as follows...

We went back for another try on Wednesday and had very good service. Just after we finished eating Josh came over to ask us how things were and we were honest and told him that they were much better than the last time...and explained the last visit. A light went of for him and he realized that I was the guy who had previously told him that the service had sucked on a prior visit. We talked about it, he explained the situation and what had been done about it by having staff meetings to address what he said was the first complaint they had had in over a year. At that point I pretty much believed that he had mentioned it to his staff, but that was about all. He then invited me into the kitchen where he showed me a printed copy of my previous post which he had placed on the staff bulletin board, circled in bold magic marker. Every staff member was required to read it. Guess he took it serious after all. Good on ya Josh. :high5: We'll be back.

Went back again last night and found a new favorite menu item. If you like wings, but are tired of the same ole buffalo or BBQ wings that everyone offers, go to the pub and try thier "steamed crab" wings. The service was great once again so the night that initiated my initial post was obviously a one night glitch which they learned from.
The wings and a nice tall glass of magic hat #9 and I was set for the evening. The bar was comfortably crowded, but not packed to the gills. Opening the second room seems to have taken a lot of pressure off of the main area.
You guys are doing great. Keep up the good work.
