Is it possible that someone can capably and competently operate web stuff, handle e mail, build pages, do some coding, trouble shooting etc, and yet not be able operate a simple cell phone? Like to check messages? Like if you called them with a kewl story and stuff? And, like, they sent you a picture from said cell phone so you know they can operate it on some level? Yet, no response to voice mail?

Is this possible? Isn't voice mail, like, before multi media on the learning curve? And stuff?

Just wondering.

I have a sister who's a tax attorney specializing in corporate tax law and she's also a CPA but she can't balance her checking account. Is that kinda the same?

No. This is more like hearing a knock at the door, looking out the curtain, waving, and then going about your business.

Wife's phone no longer shows the icon indicating a voice message received. Could the person in your story perhaps need a new phone with properly working icons?

...and then going back to the window an hour later and saying "Look at this!"

In a school zone. :yay:

Anyway, I figured out what the problem was. My phone isn't showing that I have new VMs - I called it today just for fun and had 5 messages (one of which was Larry's). :ohwell:
