Can someone tell me what this bird is? I have never seen one before and it showed up at my feeders a couple weeks ago. It's very interesting looking, whatever it is.

My mom had one of these show up at her feeder a few weeks ago too! We had never seen one before also.....and of course we haven't seen one since then. Very pretty bird!!

We had one stop by our feeder last weekend , stayed for about an hour and then left ... hadn't seen one since last summer ... they are definitely interesting to watch ... wish they would stick around more often !
