Does anyone know if there is a website that will list the gas prices for all the states (and possibly cities) and cities in foreign countries?

The Department of Energy website provides an extensive array of data related to petroleum supplies, production, prices, etc. They don't have retail pricing data specific to every state or city, but they do have it for some states and cities here (http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/dnav/pet/pet_pri_gnd_dcus_nus_w.htm).

That particular page is average retail prices - just not for every city or state. They have other pages with futures prices, spot prices, etc.
