Hamlin clearly advanced his position by going under the yellow line. If they're saying he was forced there, the car he was passing moved up four lines and Hamlin continued his pass with two tires below the yellow line.

Of course, this being his fourth season in NASCAR, we all know the rules don't apply to Denny Hamlin.
