Does anyone here play Magic the Gathering or D&D? I am looking to find a local group of players. I live in the California, MD area, so I would consider "local" to be Leonardtown, Great Mills, Lex Park area.

Wow. I played Magic when I was 14-15 I think.

I remember hearing about a group that gets together at Bowe's Books on Great Mills Rd in LP.... That was about 2 years ago when I heard this.


I have never played either game even though I used to shop at comic book stores and run into the people that do. I'm not going to laugh at this anymore, yeah it's fun to poke fun but when it all comes down to it, at least it's not drugs or any other illegal activity.

Somehow sadder than playing, oh, Halo for hours on end? Or GoW? Or playing an MMo? I'd rather have my kids playing card games or role playing games over video games any day of the week. At least you have to use your imagination instead of just sitting all glassy eyed on a coach for hours on end. LOL.
