Yoda is trying to make the water go away! This was the second time Rassie has been to the beach. The first time she didn't even know she could swim. It was like getting a kid to get the idea except without verbal communication.

She looks like a pro in the first picture!! Did she actually go and fetch the stick in the water for you? Wow!

Yep. First time she swam over it, knocking it under with her paws. Next time she learned to lunge forward and get it.

I got wet from shaking dogs. Rass, who will usually NOT give up a frisbee or ball without some coaxing, was bringing the stick right back and ramming it into me and dropping it. What fun we had. I think tomorrow, time allowing, I will take her down to BFF's house, WITHOUT Yoda, to let her play. She can dry off in the convertible on the way home. She is such fun in the water.
Yoda just puked up his entire dinner (which was followed by my gagging noises while cleaning it up). Maybe he'll figure out salt water is not drinkable?
