That'd be a COOL repo vehicle.

That came out a few years ago and was designed to cut through traffic in order to reach stranded/broken vehicles. A normal tow truck could only get to the nearest on ramp and was then stuck but the GW could lane split.

Looks like you would go through clutches pretty quickly. Can't imagine how much you would have to slip it to get a car rolling.
