Whats the deal with black tea? I heard it works like coffee, in terms of caffeine, etc. However, I also hear black tea is bad for you. But I'm not sure why its bad. Anyone here drink black tea?

English breakfast tea is da bomb. Plenty of caffine.
Celestial Seasonings makes Fast Lane tea (http://www.celestialseasonings.com/products/detail.html/black-teas/fast-lane), you might be able to find it somewhere. Has more caffine than expresso. :yay: good sh1t

Black tea has less caffeine than coffee, green tea has less than black, white tea has less than green. How is it bad for you? I have never heard that, I have heard quite the opposite and since I'm craving unsweetened iced tea right now I will allow my self up to 3 glasses of it a day.
