I'll be driving a motor home from Alaska to MD in a few weeks. Since I'm driving solo I could use some company. Trip should take 11-14 days. Anyone that is seriously interested in coming along can PM me for more details. You'll see some incredible scenery. You will also help me by spotting for me when I back up and other MH related chores. We can work out the rest of the details. A current passport is mandatory.

I know certain parts of Southern Maryland are considered the boon docks and I've always heard of stories of people needing passports to visit Ridge or the 7th District, but I've never seen anyone take that seriously.

Is there a reason you need a passport to drive cross country? I thought Alaska was now a state, as in part of the United States. :killingme

Maybe cutting across through Canada.

Alaska and Washington State do not border each other.

Unless that RV can fly or riding a ferry from Alaska to Washington state, they will drive through Canada. A passport is now needed to enter the US from either Canada or Mexico.

You lack of geography knowledge is appalling.

There's this annoying socialist hell-hole that has entrenched itself near Alaska, separating it from the continental states.

We hope to destroy it someday, but in the meantime you actually have to leave American soil to visit Alaska. Crazy, right?

I have a tent
will you be able to come pick me up so I can ride back with you?
will you pay my airfare to alaska?

can a bring my mom? shes old and doesnt talk much but Im the only one around that can change her diaper and feed her her jello and oatmeal.

my great gramps made that trip in a covered wagon back in the day.
I think my great gramma was a whore because great gramps wrote about how he froze his nuts off on the trip but then great gramma had gramps two years later.

Just got back to SoMD. 5,100 miles. Saw lots of incredible scenery and animals including 30 woodland bison in Canada. They were just eating grass on the side of the road. Also saw a grizzly bear.
