Crustless Quiche
Serves 4

Ingredients:
1/2 pound chopped ham
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella (I prefer 2 cups shredded Colby instead of other cheese)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
5 eggs
3/4 cup chopped broccoli: I use frozen thawed broccoli well drained (spinach or asparagus would also be great)
Salt, Pepper, dill and dry mustard to taste

Directions:
Sprinkle cheese in large pie pan or quiche pan, lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Put ham and well drained vegetable over cheese. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake in a pre heated 350 degree oven for an hour.
