I have a yardman rider mower with 46" mower deck with 3 blades. I also use a cyclone rake with a tube attached at the exhaust of the mower deck. After a while in cutting the lawn I notice the exhaust side of the deck cuts lower than the other side. When I get done and remove the cyclone rake tube, there is an accumulation of grass that weighs down that side which gives me the uneven cutting. Any suggestions on how to alleviate this condition? I thought of weighing done the other side but then it would be uneven for a while. Stopping every few minutes to remove the build up of grass is not practical.

I think the weight of the grass buildup is a symptom not the cause. Usually there are adjustment linkages to level the deck. I think what is happening is the linkage is worn )or disconnected) and when you get a buildup the deck sags to the point where the linkage stops it. I think you need to inspect the deck and adjust as required.

Check the height of your deck wheels also and adjust as necessary to make sure the mowing deck is level.

Make sure all the tires on the mower have the same amount of air in them, an underinflated tire can cause uneven mowing.

All the wheels on the deck (assuming it has them) should be in contact with the ground when you start cutting. This way the cutting plane never changes, no matter what you pick up.
If you don't have wheels on the deck, putting some on would solve your issue.

Have you ever changed the blades? Are you sure you have the correct blades in the correct position?

Good idea, I will try that. Thanks

I have threaded rods on mine and find I usually need to tweak the nuts on these about twice a year. Plus I have a slow leak in one tire and have to keep putting air in about every two months. Both of these issues cause uneven cutting.
I usually park the mower on a good flat surface like the patio then adjust everything as needed. Usually when I do this I go ahead and break out the grinder and pull the blades and give them a sharpen as well.
I believe my manual even has a section in it about adjusting the mower deck.
